A Blurry Stage on the Horizon is an exhibition by three artists who met through the foreign exchange program between KCUA and the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London. Teppei Kaneuji and Makiko Yamamoto were students at KCUA and Tom Woolner was a student at RCA. Ten years have passed since their studies abroad, culminating in their collaborative works based on the theme of “values, common knowledge, and points of view,” drawn from that exchange experience. A large stage was built in the gallery, where various events and performances were held throughout the exhibition. The events and happenings that unfolded took the personal relationship between the three artists as the starting point and aimed to reconsider artistic frameworks and explore new possibilities through collaborative performative work.
